Employer questions
How does employee verification work?
Employees link their PaceLeaf account to their company via a unique employer code or SSO integration (in development). This enables company-specific challenges and reporting without sharing individual employee data with us beyond what's needed.
What data does the employer dashboard show?
Aggregate data only: total sustainable commutes, modal split (walk/bike/transit), CO₂ estimates, challenge participation rate. We do not expose individual employee data to employers without explicit employee consent.
Is there a cost for employers?
Employer plans are in development. We expect a per-employee licensing fee with enterprise pricing for large organizations. Contact us to discuss your organization's needs during our early partner phase.
Can we run our own branded challenges?
Yes. Employer partners can run custom-branded challenges with company-specific rewards. We provide the infrastructure; you customize the experience.
